Initial Nutrition & Feeding Asssement
75-Minute Nutrition Consultation
Online: S$285; Home Visit: S$340

This assessment is our starting point and the foundation for all the work we do together. It helps us begin to understand your child or teenager's nutritional needs, their relationship with food, and the many factors shaping their eating - whether that's sensory differences, appetite changes, body image concerns, growth demands or high training loads.

Who This Session Is For
This assessment is aimed at families needing support with:
-
General nutrition and menu planning
-
Selective or “fussy” eating (including Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder, i.e. ARFID or sensory-based eating differences)
-
Neurodivergent children and teens, e.g. ADHD and Autism
-
Youth athletes with high training volumes
-
Gastrointestinal concerns
-
Food allergies or intolerances, including Celiac Disease.
-
Concern around growth or weight (through a weight-inclusive lens)
-
Early intervention of body image distress or increasing food anxiety
-
Outpatient eating disorder nutrition support
-
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward with nutrition

For younger children (<12), I generally work directly with parents/caregivers.
Older children and teenagers may join part or all of the session, depending on appropriateness and the level of support required.

If You Need to Discuss More Than One Child
Some families want to explore nutrition or eating concerns for two siblings, for example, a 'picky' eater and a teen athlete.
An extended assessment is available; please contact me directly to arrange it.

After the Assessment
You will be guided through the most appropriate next steps, such as:
-
What ongoing support can look like (ad hoc follow-ups vs follow-up packages)
-
Referral to other health practitioners, e.g. occupational therapists, psychologists, paediatricians, and/or further medical tests if appropriate.

You don’t have to decide anything alone — I’ll help you navigate what comes next.
Open Sliding Scale Option
I reserve two sliding-scale spots in my practice for families with financial difficulties. These options allow you to decide how much you can pay for a session. A rule of thumb is to pay me what you earn as a family in 90 minutes of work. When these slots are full, I have a waitlist.
