One-off Nutrition Session

50-minute Online Nutrition Consultation - S$185.00

A one-off nutrition consultation to help you find clarity and confidence around your child’s eating.

​

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to try next, this 50-minute session is a great place to begin. We’ll focus on one or two of your challenges  and explore the most helpful next steps, all in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

 

You’ll get:

  • A brief nutrition screening (no lengthy forms);

  • A 50-minute online consultation to establish the best next steps;

  • Practical strategies and tools you can use right away;

  • Curated resources from my practice library (guides, recipes, articles);

  • Referral suggestions if additional support is needed (e.g. doctor, laboratory testing, speech, psychology).

This session is ideal if you’d like to:

  • Ask a few questions on topics like introducing solids, toddler feeding, youth sport, body image or stressful mealtimes.

  • Get a fresh perspective.

  • Check if you are on track or missing something.

  • Try a few things first before committing to a full package.

Once you’ve booked, you will receive a short nutrition intake form to complete. You are also welcome to share any relevant medical records or reports with me via email.

For those living in South Africa, I am contracted in with the major South African Medical Aid Groups. Contact me for billing & payment procedures.

Open Sliding Scale Option

I reserve two sliding-scale spots in my practice for families with financial difficulties. These options allow you to decide how much you can pay for a session. A rule of thumb is to pay me what you earn as a family in 90 minutes of work. When these slots are full, I have a waitlist.
