More about my services

I support families navigating a wide range of nutrition concerns, from 'picky' or fussy eaters, neurodivergent children and teens, youth athletes, growth and weight concerns and eating disorder support. My approach is practical, compassionate and grounded in what works for real families.

Where to Start

Finding the right support for your child can feel overwhelming, especially when there is so much information out there, and feeding, growth, or eating concerns have been ongoing for a while. My goal is to make the first step feel simple, safe, and supportive.

Here’s how we begin working together, and how each type of consultation fits into your child’s care.

Free Discovery Call (15 minutes)

If you’re wondering whether nutrition support is the right fit (and timing) for your family - or simply want to get a feel for how I work - this is the perfect place to start.

During this short, no-pressure call, we'll talk about what's been going on for your family, and I'll share honestly whether I can support you. We'll also talk about what a realistic support journey tends to look like, so you can make an informed decision before we begin.

If it feels like a good match and the timing is right, the next step is the Initial Nutrition and Feeding Assessment.

Initial Nutrition and Feeding Assessment (75 minutes)

Rather than rushing into recommendations, I spend this time really getting to know your child and your family. We'll explore their nutrition, growth, medical history, daily eating experiences, sensory profile and activity demands — because understanding the full picture is what makes the support that follows actually useful.

You'll leave with a clearer sense of what's happening and the first small steps to try. Together we'll also map out what ongoing support makes sense for your child, so you know exactly what to expect going forward.

This session is required before any follow-up work, and is available online or as a home visit in Singapore.

If you need to discuss more than one child (or want to look at the whole family's nutrition), an extended assessment is available. Please contact me directly to arrange it.

Follow-Up Support (45–50 minutes per session)

This is where the real work happens.

Children's relationships with food shift gradually — and so does a parent's confidence in supporting them.

Meaningful, lasting change rarely comes from a single session. It comes from having someone alongside you as you try things out, hit obstacles, and figure out what actually works for your family.

Follow-up sessions are where we review what you've tried, troubleshoot what hasn't landed, celebrate what has, and keep adapting the approach as your child grows and changes.

Families can book follow-ups individually or choose a three-session support package for a more structured, consistent approach.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should my child attend the session?

Every family is different, and sessions are always tailored to suit your situation.

For younger children, I usually work primarily with parents or caregivers, especially in the first session. The initial appointment often involves extensive adult discussion, which can feel long or tedious for young children. Starting with parents helps us create a clear plan before involving your child.

At times, a gentle mealtime or eating-environment observation can be helpful, and we’ll discuss this together if needed.

For teenagers, sessions may include your teen for part or all of the appointment, depending on what feels comfortable and appropriate. We’ll decide this together, with your child's emotional safety, autonomy and agency in mind.

How many sessions will we need?

Every family is different, and I'll always guide you honestly based on your child's specific needs.

That said, most families find that an Initial Assessment followed by two to three follow-up sessions is where they really start to feel the shift — both in their child and in their own confidence around food and feeding.

For more complex situations, like eating disorder recovery or significant feeding challenges, longer-term support is often needed and we'll talk about that openly from the start.

After your Initial Assessment, I'll give you my honest recommendation for what I think makes sense for your family — and you can always ask me along the way.
