More about my consultations
I work with families navigating a wide range of nutrition concerns, from selective or 'picky' eaters, neurodivergent children or teenagers, youth athlete fuelling, growth and weight concerns and disordered eating support. Many families I support are looking for practicial, compassionate care that works in the real world - especially when things feel layered or complex.
I often work alongside other healthcare practitioners, such as occupational therapists, psychologists, medical doctors, and speech and language therapists (SLPs) in Singapore.

My Approach
Each nutrition consultation is tailored to your needs, whether focusing on a specific child or your entire family.
-
For children younger than 12, I primarily work only with you, the parents, or the caregiver.
-
Older children and teenagers may attend part or all of the sessions, with or without you, depending on what's more appropriate.

What You Can Expect
I am here to guide you - not tell you what you must do. My role is to understand the values, routines and structure of your household, and work with you to find doable, nourishing solutions that respect your child's needs, your family culture, and your capacity.

This is a non-judgmental space, and my goal is to empower you, not overwhelm you.

A Weight-Inclusive, Family-Centered Lens
I use growth charts when relevant, but always in a weight-inclusive, non-diet way. I’m focused on your child’s individual growth trajectory, wellbeing, health and capacity to thrive — not on reaching a specific number or looking in a certain way.

Whether you’re seeking support for a specific nutrition concern or just want to strengthen your family’s relationship with food and body image, I’m here to help you feel more confident, connected, and supported.

What is the best for your situation?
If you are still determining what will help the most, contact me directly or book a free discovery call, and I can advise on the best option.

How it works:
-
Choose what appointment best suits your family's needs and make a booking here.
-
Once you have made an appointment, you will receive a nutrition assessment form that allows you to communicate any issues and areas you would like to work on with me.
-
Depending on your situation and your child's age, you might receive instructions for previous medical records, growth records or mealtime recordings. This isn't mandatory, but it provides excellent insight into the areas to work on.
-
During our consultation, we discuss your nutritional goals and the steps and strategies you can experiment and implement.
Most sessions are conducted online via secure video call, though home visits are available for families based in Singapore (support package only). If you're outside Singapore, online consultations are still an option.

Payment is due immediately after each session. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Packages are designed to be used within a certain time frame, but I’ll work with you if you need flexibility.
Open Sliding Scale Pricing Option
I reserve two sliding-scale spots in my practice for clients experiencing financial difficulty. These sliding-scale options allow you to decide how much you can pay me for a session. The rule of thumb is to pay what you earn for 60 minutes of work. When these slots are full, I have a waitlist.
