More about my consultations
I work with families on a range of nutrition concerns and often provide support for picky eaters, children or teenagers with ARFID (avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder), and those needing support around weight, growth and disordered eating treatment. I believe in a multidisciplinary approach and work closely with many other healthcare practitioners, such as occupational therapists, psychologists, medical doctors, and speech and language therapists (SLPs) in Singapore.
Each nutrition consultation is tailored to your needs, whether focusing on a specific child or your entire family. For children younger than 12, I primarily work only with you, the parents, or the caregiver. Older children and teenagers generally attend with their parents or independently for part of the consulting time.
I am here to guide you through this journey, understanding and valuing your unique circumstances. My approach is not about imposing food rules or dictating what you should or must do. It's about understanding your family values, the dynamics and structure of your household, and finding solutions that work for you. I am all about fostering a compassionate environment without judgment, empowering you to navigate tricky nutrition situations, and working towards raising a family with a psychologically healthy relationship with food and their bodies.

What is the best for your situation?
If you are still determining what will help the most, contact me directly or book a free discovery call, and I can advise on the best option.

How it works:
-
Choose what appointment best suits your family's needs and make a booking here.
-
Once you have made an appointment, you will receive a nutrition assessment form that allows you to communicate any issues and areas you would like to work on with me.
-
Depending on your situation and your child's age, you might receive instructions for recording and sharing 1-2 mealtimes. This isn't mandatory, but it provides excellent insight into the areas to work on.
-
During our consultation, we discuss your nutritional goals and the steps and strategies you can experiment and implement.

Open Sliding Scale Pricing Option
I reserve two sliding-scale spots in my practice for clients experiencing financial difficulty. These sliding-scale options allow you to decide how much you can pay me for a session. The rule of thumb is to pay what you earn for 90 minutes of work. When these slots are full, I have a waitlist.
