Follow-Up Nutrition Support
The Initial Assessment is where we begin to understand what's happening. Follow-up sessions are where things actually change.
Real progress with children and teenagers rarely happens in a single conversation. It happens when there's time to try things at home, see what lands, come back and adjust, and keep building on what's working. Follow-up support is where the relationship deepens, confidence grows, and mealtimes start to feel more manageable.
Families can choose between a structured three-session package or ad hoc sessions — whichever feels most realistic and manageable right now.
Follow-Up Support Package (3 sessions)
Online package: S$495 total (S$165 per session)
Home-visit package: S$660 total (S$220 per session)
This package is designed for families who want consistent, structured support over a period of weeks or months. It works well when things feel complex, when progress needs steady momentum,
What’s included

Brief, personalised strategy summaries after each session

This is especially helpful for:

Parents or caregivers who want ongoing clarity, consistency, and support
Ad-Hoc Follow-Up Sessions (45 minutes)
S$185 online / S$240 home visit
Sometimes life doesn't allow for a structured commitment — and that's okay. Ad hoc sessions are there when you need them, whether something has shifted, a new challenge has come up, or you simply want to check in and recalibrate.
Each session is focused and practical. We look at what's working, what still feels hard, and what to try next — so you leave feeling clearer and less alone with it.
What we cover:
-
What's working well and what still feels challenging
-
Nutrition adequacy, growth, or fuelling updates
-
Practical next steps for the coming weeks
-
Space to ask questions, gain clarity, and feel supported
Ad hoc sessions can be booked at any time after your Initial Nutrition and Feeding Assessment.
