Follow-Up Nutrition Support
Following your Initial Nutrition and Feeding Assessment, you can receive ongoing support to help your child or teenager make progress, build confidence, and create calmer mealtimes. Families can choose between a structured support package or ad hoc follow-up sessions, depending on what is most helpful and manageable.

Follow-Up Support Package (3 sessions)
Online package: S$165 per session (S$495 total)
Home-visit package: S$220 per session (S$660 total)
This package is ideal for families who want consistent guidance as they implement strategies, work through challenges, and support their child’s ongoing growth or recovery.
It provides steady momentum and allows us to refine and adjust the plan together over a few weeks or months.
What’s included
-
3x 45–50 minute follow-up consultations
-
Brief, personalised strategy summaries after each session
-
Regular check-ins on progress, challenges, and next steps
-
A structured pathway that keeps things manageable and realistic

This is especially helpful for:
-
Teens with emerging or established disordered eating
-
Youth athletes with high fuelling needs
-
Neurodivergent children or teens who benefit from predictable, steady support
-
Families navigating extreme selective or "picky" eating (including ARFID)
-
Parents wanting ongoing clarity and continuity rather than “figuring it out alone”

Ad-Hoc Follow-Up Sessions (45–50 minutes)
S$185 online / S$240 home visit
Ad hoc follow-ups are great for families who prefer greater flexibility or need support only as challenges arise.

Each session focuses on reviewing progress, troubleshooting what feels hard, and adjusting strategies to match your child’s needs and your capacity.
