Hi, I am Karlien Duvenage (she/her), a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist (with an MSc in Psychology) based in Singapore.
I offer personalised one-on-one nutrition counselling and group workshops for parents and caregivers of infants, children, and teenagers.

Together, we create tailored strategies to support when it feels complex or hard, including:
-
Sensory-based eating differences and food avoidance
-
ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder)
-
Paediatric medical needs and developmental differences
-
Fuelling for youth athletes with high or changing energy demands
-
Body image concerns and eating disorder support
-
Neurodivergent nutrition support
-
Menu planning for diverse family needs

All support is delivered through a non-diet, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed approach. Grounded in collaboration and respect for your child's individuality.

All bodies are welcome here.
Like most parents, I know you are doing your best. Therefore, you and your family deserve appropriate support and guidance around how and what to feed your family in an increasingly complex world.
As a dietitian and nutritionist for twenty years, I have worked with diverse families and often provide support for families and children who are neurodivergent (e.g., autistic children and ADHDers), have disabilities or chronic conditions, or have additional support needs. My goal is to make nutrition accessible for all.
