About the event
This workshop is aimed at parents or guardians of children (aged 6 months to 13 years) who want to find realistic and flexible strategies to feed their family nourishing food with less stress, pressure and restrictions. During the 90min interactive workshop, we will explore:
- What influences my feeding style?
- Fundamentals in mastering mealtimes, such as meal routines and the feeding environment.
- The double-edged sword of parental control.
- Strengthening my responsive feeding voice.
- Practical strategies for common feeding challenges such as selective eating and food preoccupation.
Tickets are priced per family (or household) and include one workbook. Please note that this is an adult-only event (babe-in-arms welcome).
