If you’re here, you’re likely feeling concerned, overwhelmed, or unsure about what your child needs regarding food, eating, or growth. You might have tried all the usual advice and still feel stuck. My role is to support you with clarity, compassion, and practical strategies that fit your family.

This page gives you a clear overview of how I work, who I work with, and what you can expect.

Who I Work With

I support parents and caregivers of children from infancy through the teen years who are navigating:

  • Picky or selective eating

  • Sensory processing differences

  • Neurodivergence (e.g. autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia)

  • Children with disabilities, chronic disease or support needs

  • ARFID or anxiety around eating

  • Body image concerns and disordered eating patterns

  • Nutrition for active kids and youth athletes

  • Feeding challenges that just feel... hard

I work primarily with parents and caregivers, not directly with the child — especially in the early stages and if child is younger than 12 years of age. This allows us to reduce pressure, focus on your goals, and create a supportive environment where change can happen.

My Approach

You won’t find strict meal plans, weight talk, or shame-based strategies here. I work from a:

  • Non-diet, weight-inclusive lens

  • Neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed foundation

  • Family-centred, relational perspective

​

My aim is to help you understand what’s going on, feel more confident, and make changes that are doable and sustainable — without guilt or pressure.

​

How Sessions Work

Most sessions are held online via secure video call. If you’re based in Singapore, home visits can be arranged (depending on location and availability).

​

Depending on your child’s needs, I may suggest:

  • Sharing a video of a mealtime or snack at home

  • Participating in a home-based mealtime observation

  • Reviewing growth data, medical records, or lab results

  • Coordinating with your child’s other healthcare providers

  • Referrals for blood tests or to other health professionals (e.g. occupational therapists, speech, psychologists)

Long-Term Support

Some of my adult clients and families benefit from more consistent, ongoing care. I offer a small number of long-term support options for families who need deeper input or want continued guidance after a package.

​

These include:

  • A 3-month plan with regular sessions and more in-depth support.

  • A monthly membership for returning families.

​

These options are by request only, and pricing varies. Please reach out if you’d like to explore long-term support.

​

Payment & Cancellations

  • Payment is due after each session. Invoices will be sent via email.

  • I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Packages are designed to be used within a set time frame, but I’m happy to discuss adjustments if needed.
